For delivery by Dec. 24, order by:

• customer must order by 11am time on 13th Dec to receive gifts by 12/25 with ground shipping for NT
  
• customer must order by 11am time on 17th Dec to receive gifts by 12/25 with ground shipping for TAS
  
• customer must order by 11am time on 16th Dec to receive gifts by 12/25 with ground shipping for WA
  
• customer must order by 11am time on 18th Dec to receive gifts by 12/25 with ground shipping for NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD
  
• customer must order by 11am time on 19th Dec to receive gifts by 12/25 with express shipping for ALL OTHER STATES
  
• customer must order by 11am time on 15th Dec to receive gifts by 12/25 with express shipping for NT, TAS and WA
  

Any order being shipped within Australia, will receive free shipping. All other shipping costs will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to customer service. Changes or cancellations to an order can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order, and are not guaranteed. All processing times are estimates subject to change.

Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis.

DDU (delivery duty unpaid)means that you may be required to pay local sales taxes and customs duties when your order arrives. If applicable, you will need to pay these fees in order for customs to clear your order before it is delivered to you.

The quoted prices are inclusive of sales taxes when they are shipping to a jurisdiction that is aligned to the domain. For those shipments outside of locations that match the domain, the customer is responsible for the import duties.
